Over the years, we've learned the important role and quality vendors play on a wedding day. That being said, we've worked with many of the vendors listed below and we can't recommend them enough! This is not a paid list - we chose these vendors for both the quality of their work as well as their professionalism and always going above and beyond for all our couples.

FAQ'S

All of our packages include 1 Lead Coordinator and 2 Assistant Coordinator but depending on the wedding guest count, size, and scope of work needed and we will adjust the number of event assistants for the day of execution accordingly. We recommend having 1 coordinator per 50-75 guests. On average we have 3 total for  guests between 120-175. 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT STRUCTURE?

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT STRUCTURE?

Payments are broken into 3. To reserve your date with us, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 25% is due halfway, and the remaining 25% is due 2 weeks before your event.

We are fortunate to have a team of 5. Should the lead coordinator find out that she is sick before your wedding, we will assign a new lead coordinator to take over. All our staff are well trained to take over any events and handle any situations that may arrise. 

Absolutely! We recognize that each event is as unique as your relationship. For this reason, we will customize a package to meet your specific event planning needs and budget. Our team will listen carefully to your specific needs to ensure that all your details are executed to perfection, resulting in a professionally planned event that you can be proud of and that your guests will enjoy.

We know that choosing to cancel a wedding or service is not an easy decision. If you find yourself in this situation, we ask that you let us know ASAP. The retainer, and payments made  to reserve our time will not be refundable.

We will research, negotiate, and provide a list of suitable vendors based on your wants, needs, and budget. We have worked with several vendors in the past and can offer you a preferred vendor list including their information & pricing packet upon request. We also welcome any vendors you like and/ or suggestions. We can then schedule an in-person meeting with these vendors and help you determine which one is suitable for your wedding day by helping you ask the right questions.

Our Full-Service Package includes the following list of services that are not included in the Partial Planning. 
  • Unlimited In-person Meetings & Wedding Errands
  • Venue Hunting and provide a summary with pricing, capacity, etc.
  • Schedule Venue Tours and help with the final selection
  • Schedule and attend all vendor meetings (based on availability)
  • RSVP Tracking and Management
  • Attend and assist all tastings (Cake, Caterer, Bar, etc.)
  • Assist with your paper goods creation -whether that be invitation wordings, menus, seating chart, and/or save the dates (With the Partial Planning, I will obtain quotes for you and make recommendations, but proofreading and entire paper goods creation will be handled by you specifically.)
  • Budget Management and Payment Updates
  • Welcome Bag Prepping and favors prepping & distribution
  • Assist with out of town guests itinerary
  • As for the vendor booking- Partial Package would be more ideal if you have your venue, some vendors booked, and just need help finalizing other vendors and details for the day of the event. If you don't have any vendors booked and do not have your venue chosen, or don't know how to start with the wedding planning then Full-Service Package would be the best option. 

YES! All of our events are  insured . If you'd like a copy, feel free to send in a request and we'll gladly send it to you via email.


Yes- definitely!! However, the pricing for all our packages listed above does not include travel & lodging fees. The cost will vary depending on location, season, and transportation. 

In regards to micro-weddings; we can offer a discounted rate but in past experience, the scope of work and details required on micro-weddings are just as time consuming, if not, a lot more intensive than the average weddings so the pricing will likely remain the same.
