The name behind Soiree derives from the French word "soir", meaning “evening” or “night.” According to the dictionary Soiree means (noun) an evening party or social gathering, especially one held for a particular purpose.

Fun fact: Christine was proposed to in Paris at the top of the Eiffel Tower!

My time spent in Paris is a beautiful example of love, and marriage to come. And while I love all of the pretty details that are involved in the wedding day, I never lose sight of what it’s truly about; the beginning of the couple’s new life together. My husband and I have been together for more than 8 years and while we’ve experienced many twists and turns, I’m so thankful to have him by my side as we navigate this crazy thing called life. So when I see a couple making those sacred vows to each other on their wedding day, I know that this is just the start of their new adventure.

After spending an amazing month long trip in Europe with Garret (my now husband), I knew I wanted to incorporate a name that reminds me of Paris, the city of love. All the romantic evenings spent together, our adventures, and love story has inspired me to launch my own wedding planning company.  And where else to better do it than our home...in Houston.

Christine has been in the Event industry for many years, planning everything from high class weddings to smaller social and corporate events. Particularly specializing in unique eye-catching weddings that always leave guests amazed with something no one can ever forget. She is passionate and committed to helping people. In and out of her professional life, she is always finding herself in the middle of planning fun and memorable events for the people closest to her.

Christine graduated with honors from the University of Houston, Conrad N. Hilton College obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a focus in Event Management and her Wedding Planning Certification at AACWP (American Association of Certified Wedding Planners). She has leveraged her experience working with several different luxury wedding planners in Houston, (such as Piper & Muse, GrayHouse Events), and non-profit organizations (such as University of Houston, SCI) that shaped her unique coordination style and approach to planning. She specializes in personalizing diverse events for each client and handling stressful event situations with grace. Her signature is creative and tasteful designs with incredible attention to detail and structured logistical event flow. She has an eye for different aesthetics and loves customizing perfect themes for each event. She brings a “can-do” attitude to everything she does and creates a positive impact on those around her.

Nicole developed her love for events from holding similar roles at Country Clubs, Restaurants, and Non-profit Organizations. She takes pride in conceptualizing the look and feel of the event as a whole. She is passionate about gaining a deep understanding of her client's wedding style and vision, and creating a design concept that consists of timeless and thoughtfully curated details.  

Nicole runs majority of our events and weddings in Austin and San Antonio. She appreciates simple, intentional design, modern, clean, soft palettes, and romantic florals. In her free time, Nicole enjoys decorating her home in Austin, TX, working out, reading books, and traveling around the world.

Arianna is one of our Lead Planners. You will likely see Arianna on wedding days running around and making sure everything behind the scene are taking care of. When she’s not gushing over how beautiful our brides’ wedding dresses are, you can find her lining up your wedding party, to confirming with vendors, and setting up and straightening your reception tables and chairs.

Arianna’s favorite moment is when the bride is being walked down the aisle by her parent. It is a sentimental and special moment for not just the couple but their parents as well. Having to witness the union of two special people among their closest friends and family is a heartwarming sight to see.

Michelle has become an extraordinaire at her job. We love her for willing to jump at anything that’s thrown at her and has vital skills when coordinating our couple’s wedding weekend. With over 30 plus weddings and events under her belt she has been an extreme asset. Michelle assists majority our events both in Houston and Austin.

She loves classic, modern, and romantic type of weddings. One of her favorite moments on wedding day is the first looks! She gets emotional every time the bride sees her dad, bridesmaids and the groom. When she’s not coordinating with the DJ and photographers, you’ll find her taking behind the scenes videos and photos for our social media.

Ingrid makes sure everything behind the scenes are taken care of, by using her deep production and logistical skills. From setting up and breaking down all your wedding decor and tables, prepping dance and exit props, to making sure the bride and groom gets their meal first. She will even make sure that the final sparkler farewell is just as memorable as the initial guest champagne greet. When she’s not busy getting everyone logistically situated, you can find her honing her passion for arts and reading.

If you're looking for an experienced planner and designer that you can easily be friends with, share ideas, go on lunch dates, and always looking out for your best interest then you're in the right place. We value taking the time to get to know each couple and family that I work with so that I can best tell the story of their lives and be a representation of you.

While every wedding is completely unique, our average client's wedding budget ranges from $50,000-$120,000. We do however, work with all types of budgets, guest list sizes, and needs. While we love classic, romantic, modern, and whimsical (garden-like) weddings, we welcome any and all aesthetics.
We unfortunately do not offer day-of coordination. Because of the time and attention required to successfully serve our clients best and a promise to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every client, our lowest package is Month of Coordination that begins 2-3 months in advance, and only accept a limited number of client contracts per calendar year.

We only take on a handful of events each year so that we can give each client the individual time, energy and attention that we feel they deserve. Just like each couple, each wedding is unique. We offer Full Service Planning, providing our clients services from finding the perfect venue, to budget creation and management, assistance with hotel and transportation needs, to schematics and detailed timelines. We love working with our clients to design the wedding that reflects their personality and vision while being mindful of their budget. We have built relationships with some of the most talented and professional vendors in the wedding industry and we love collaborating with them to bring our clients visions to life.   

The pricing for services varies based upon many factors such as the size, location, and overall scope of the event. Please reach out to us to discuss the details of your wedding and to receive a custom proposal.
