Couples who need help with planning and guidance from the very beginning. Planning a wedding can be a full-time job but with our full-service event planning, we will be with you every step of the planning process. At the initial consultation, we will get to know the two of you as a couple, detailing what is important to you, discussing the budget, and conceptualizing the design. We will help you book your venue, all of your vendors, curate design, and execute your wedding day. We will be there for you from the beginning to the end!
Couples who like to do the planning, but may need some help along the way. This is geared towards those who already have booked their venue, some of their vendors, know the basics of their event planning, and vendor communication under control but are looking for professional assistance toward the middle and end of their planning.
Couples who have everything on their wedding planned and all/ if not majority of their vendors booked. We come in and help you toward the last stretch of the planning. We will help you tie together the remaining details and control the event weekend with well-constructed timelines, diagrams, vendor communication, and seamless event execution. We create custom packages for each and every one of our clients. All our quotes are fully customizable and based upon your individual needs and event requirements. Since attention to detail and personalized service is especially important to us, we only accept a limited number of weddings and events per year. While we can accommodate a tighter schedule in almost all cases, typically our clients book our services at least 6-12 months in advance. Once we’ve spoken, it would be our pleasure to create a customized proposal for your consideration. So, let’s begin!
Our Month of Coordination begin at $3200. On average our couple spends between $50-$150K in their overall wedding budget and can expect to pay 5-10% for our Partial to Full-Service Planning. Pricing will depend on your overall guest count, venue location, and scope of work needed. Please note that wedding planning packages pricing differ from other social events and celebration.
